✬ Updates (for select commissions) come in stages:
Your first update after payment will be when I've started your black and white sketch (can be adjusted up to 3 times.)
After you've confirmed your sketch, your next update will be lines and flats or rough color sketch.
After you've confirmed your color, I will go ahead and finish your commission.
Changes can only be requested if it's something I had initially missed on your form - please make sure you've filled the form out thoroughly and accurately!

Schedule
I generally work on commissions, trades,
payments and communication
from Monday to Thursday.
Friday and Saturday are my days off.
Sunday is a variety day.

Commission Terms of Service
✬ General
Sketches can be changed up to 3 times, no changes after confirmation.
If there is a due date, you must inform me at least one month in advance.
Maximum characters per illustration is 3. Please contact me if you want more characters in the final product.
I reserve the right to display the artwork on social media / in my portfolio (with due credit to the customer where applicable), livestream, and record the creation of the artwork.
I have the right to decline or discontinue the commission at any time. Please refer to the payment section for cancellation info.
✬ Usage
Commissions are for personal use only.
For commercial use, please inquire for more information.
You're welcome to repost your commission's watermarked version.
Do not modify and duplicate with intent to re-sell.
✬ Payment & Cancellation
I accept Paypal, Stripe and Venmo in US dollars.
I require full payment upfront before I start working on commission. Please contact me if you want to pay 50% up front and 50% on completion.
All prices are estimates - if you want a precise price please contact me.
I offer fees for rush / due date commissions, please contact me for details.
Commissions are for your personal use only. If your interest is to order a commission for commercial use there will be an extra charge to the price. Ask me before ordering a commission.
If the client cancels their commission during or after payment, but before work has begun, they will receive a full refund with NO penalty (except for PayPal fees). After the approval of linework, it is 60% refund. During the color stage is 15% or no refund will be issued.
If I am the one to cancel the commission and no work has been done on the project, the client will given a full refund. If the work already has begun and progress is under 70% then the client will be refunded 60% of the commission price.
✬ Will not draw
Furries / Ponies.
Mecha, NSFW, or explicit content.
If you wouldn't show it to your grandma, don't ask me to draw it.
✬ Workflow & Process
Commissions are on a first-paid, first-served schedule.
Commissions could take anywhere from 3 days to 3 months depending on your position in the queue.
After you've paid your invoice, I will add you to my commission queue.
Progress on commissions will be updated on Trello.
